Today we are going to give you information about NABARD Animal Husbandry Loan Scheme 2020 in this post. The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, popularly known as NABARD, is the nodal agency for the implementation of the scheme. Co-operative banks, commercial banks and regional rural and urban banks, state co-operative agriculture and rural development banks and other such institutions which are associated with NABARD all give loans under this scheme.
Under the Dairy Farming Scheme 2020, self-employment will be made available to the unemployed people of rural areas and people can run their business easily and increase employment opportunities in our country.
Beneficiaries of NABARD Animal Husbandry Loan Scheme
Farmers, individual entrepreneurs, NGOs, companies, unorganized and organized sector groups etc. Organized sector groups include self-help groups (SHGs), dairy cooperatives, milk organizations, milk federations, etc.
An individual can seek assistance under this scheme for all components but will be eligible only once for each component.
Under the scheme, more than one member of the same family can be provided, provided that under this scheme they can set up separate units with different basic facilities at different places. The distance between the boundary walls of such two projects should be at least 500 meters.
NABARD dairy loan scheme
The beneficiary should have enough space to open dairy and at least one acre of land to produce green fodder. For NABARD dairy loan scheme, the farmer will have to make a project, this project should not be more than Rs 36 lakh. The farmer will have to bear 10 percent of the cost himself. Cows of indigenous breed whose age should be 5 years or two years old (whichever is less) and milk production should be 10–12 liters per day.This is the plan for a maximum of 30 cows or buffalo. Gauvansh will have to buy 15 indigenous cows once in 15 and 6 months in the divisional phase. The beneficiary must have at least three years of experience in this field.
